**ATTENTION PARENTS**
We are mailing home another information letter concerning vaccination for the H1N1 Virus, that will be available at the District. [a copy of this letter is below: "Parent Letter 11-12-09"]
There is a consent form and registration form that needs to be returned to the District by MONDAY, NOVEMBER 16, 2009, to your child's homeroom teacher, if you wish to participate.
The vaccine is only available to children 4 years old and older.
