 Technology Coordinator Mr. Rich Soltesz I arrived here in 1992 from Link Computers in Altoona. My background included work with most of the school districts in the surrounding area. I installed computers in their offices and classrooms. I trained teachers and other staff members in the use of computer software. While working at Link Computers I installed the first two IBM-compatible computer labs in United Jr/Sr High School. A few months later I started working at United as the Computer Specialist.
